Alhamdulillah...segalanya berjalan dengan lancar dengan izin yang maha Kuasa walaupun kehadiran pelajar hanya 50% dari yang sepatutnya...namun berpuashati segalanya mengikut jadual dan kelihatannya para pelajar insyaallah mendapat manfaatnya.

MMM..nyum..nyum...semalam seseorang yang tak kukenali menelefon memperkenalkan blog kuih dan keknya..terkejut jugak mana pulak mamat ni dapat no, rupanya adalah posting email yang ada no phone dulu-dulu kala. teruja jugak tgk blog en fhozi ni..biasalah mak buyongkan..macam2 benda nak makan..tanpa buang masa terus order blueberry cheesecake..agaknya org tu pun terkejut terus dapat order..hehehe...

Manisnya hidup ini dikelilingi yang sangat disayangi
Salam,
Jap lagi ada kelas, sementara teringat anak2 mama dirumah yang sentiasa menceriakan hidup ini dan memberi sebab untuk mama terus bernafas dipersada dunia ini. To all my kids..i just want u to know that i love u guys so much...............maaf kalau saat ini mama tak dapat memberi perhatian sepenuhnya kerana keterbatasan daya dan upaya mama saat ini. Doakan mama selamat melahirkan ye............

minggu-minggu terakhir sebelum menyambut orang baru
Aduh.....siksanya diriku ini, badan makin berat..sesak nafas, hidung tersumbat, malam tak boleh tido, gelisah...mana taknya berat 100 kilo, baby biasa je. tapi air ketuban banyak..normal 10 L, air ketuban mama pulak 20 L. sebab tu perut rasa macam nak pecah. n sesak nafas selalu. jeles je, malam2 tgk hubby tido dgn seronoknya. kita entah berapa kali bangun dalam satu malam. sakit perut, asyik g wee je............kalau ikutkan hati nak je suruh doc kuarkan baby minggu 36. tapi doc kata tak berani. mesti kena tunggu minggu 38. lagipun kelas banyak lagi. camana?
Kelas kalkulus ada lagi 8 slide. heavy metal pulak tu. kelas ekonomi bangunan baru cover 2 chapter..ada lagi 4 chapter. Tak suka lah kena susahkan orang. Nak wat camana? Nilah anak Mariyati. Tak reti nak lepas tanggungjawab camtu jer.
jamu lom beli lagi. ada banyak benda yang belum beli lagi. mandian lepas beranak. ada jumpa sabun untuk kurus....pam susu lagi. stroller lagi...aih..banyak betul nak pakai duit beranak kali ni. harap2 bersalin normal dan selamat.

Consistent sessions of pregnancy yoga (read our article “Yoga for Pregnant Women”), daily walks in safe and unpolluted areas, quiet contemplation, light gardening, climbing stairs, and swimming are the most recommended activities to build necessary strength and relieve emotional and hormonal tensions, muscle pains, and stress.
2. Dealing with emotional disturbances, fears, and anxiety …
To prevent premature childbirth, learn to rid yourself of emotional disturbances, fears, and anxiety. Blood vessels of the uterus are extremely sensitive to any stimulations of the sympathetic nervous system.
Stress-induced hormones can be involved in triggering early contractions, when the baby is not yet fully formed in your womb.
Therefore, learning relaxation techniques, practising regular meditation and positive thinking, and obtaining an encouraging support from your partner, friends, and social circle are crucial for preventing a miscarriage or premature birth.

Am Bashaier from kuwait ,am expecting my third child soon. you know am not sure if what I will tell you is scientifically correct, yet some of thies tips are really usefull and made my earlier delivaries easier!
in my last pregnancy when i didnt deliver fast, as if it was ages since i got pregnant , my aunt adviced me to have sex , i did although i didnt have sex during the whole ninth month and i delivered the very next day . even in my first delivary, it was one day after my first aniversarry , so u can imagine the kind of sex we had :)
another advice we always hear, is to walk on the sand! since we had alot of sand in the past, ancient kuwaiti women counted on walking on the sand as an effecient way to deliver easiear, and it was really helpful with many!
another strange tip i heard was laying dawn in a tub filled with water and adding some Castor oil, and drinking some ,a woman i heard about used to do this in each pregnany and it was effecient to make her feel labor and deliver the same day.
well, that’s what i liked to share with u i hope u liked it, and hope it wasnt a long letter and boring one.

persediaan bersalin
risaunya bila pk nak bersalin ni. sekejap je dah masuk 34 minggu. kalau ikutkan Alisha, dialahir 36 minggu...lagi 2 minggu. eish..tp terlalu fragile pulak. harap2 baby bole tunggu sampai 38 minggu walaupun mama dah tak larat sangat. sempatlah mama mengajar separuh semester. mama ni tak suka susahkan orang lain. besides, i love teaching so much.
berat sekarang dah 100 kilo...menunggukan 4 minggu lagi harus naik lagi ni... tadi dah g beli hot blanket ngan slimming gel. di harap dapatlah menyental keluar segala lemak yang ada dlm badan..harap2 dapatlah buang at least 40 kg..boleh ker? mmm...hanya usaha dan doa yang boleh membantu insyaallah.........

kenduri doa selamat PMR dan UPSR
pejam celik pejam celik..tak lama lagi dah ramadhan..lepas tu raya,lepas tu kak yaya, kak anis dan kak dinie UPSR..lepas tu abang Adli dan Abang Danial pulak periksa..hai mama yang seriau..Cian anak2 nanti mama exam, mama dalam pantang. tak dapat nak bagi sokongan moral kat Sekolah..Semoga Allah sentiasa memberi petunjuk kepada kalian anak2 ku....Doa mama sentiasa mengiringi kalian.......
Meriahnya kenduri..orang surau ramai yang datang memeriahkan solat hajat dan Yassin..keluarga dari keluarga ku dan hubby pun penuh..syukur, pertamakali sepanjang tiga tahun kami tinggal disini mak dan abah hadir mengimarakkan kenduri dirumah kami ini. Syukur, pertamakali juga, ibu ku yang lagi satu, Cik Ram hadir bersama2 3orang lagi adik2ku..dah macam Raya lah pulak...Mak Anjang datang dengan ucle Zack dan Uncle Aidil. Meriah sungguh.
Lepas orang surau beredar..sesi keluarga termasuk sesi bergambar..aku bersyukur kehadrat Ilahi dilimpahi kurnia dan kasih sayang dari org disekeliligku....Subhanallah.. Indahnya kehidupanku disaat ini.

Model cilik Poney
Lamanya tak update blog ni..hehehe semejak Preggy ni kemalasan melanda..........10 Julai Azeem n Alisha di jemput menjadi model lagi..kali ni ramai ada 5 orang budak. Tahun lepas cuma dorang berdua..kali ni meriah...ada yang bawak segala suku sakat..meriah betul..bertempat di KLCC..hehehe..first Model...anak saya berdua dulu..siap posing kat luar premis..after setengah jam..pak guard datang tak kasi shoot kat luar..so org lain shoot kat dalam saje.

Frust..then, ke Leisure Mall cari ekiddiesware..ingat nak cari stroller baby and pam susu..TIPU..dalam web kata ada sale..uwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.........................
